The value proposition of the hotel was fair, with clean and comfortable rooms equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. the restaurant and bar were the standout features, offering delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, allowing us to stay connected during our visit. While the cost of our stay was a bit on the higher side, we felt that the quality of service and the attention to detail provided by the staff justified the price. the carpeted floors added a touch of warmth to the room, creating a cozy ambiance. However, we did find the continental breakfast to be slightly lacking in variety. Overall, the Golden Fleece is a charming hotel with a lot to offer, making it a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the English countryside.
